Can a inaccurate monitor trademark my computer unstable?

When my system boots my monitor flickers and sometimes my PC fail to boot telling me to insert the innovative windows xp disc to attempt a repair. If i restart my computer and i'm lucky, the PC survives the booting stage, and loads up xp afterwards the flickering stops. But i still see faint lines on the display (like an interference or something). I've relocated my computer, plugged it directly to the power socket lacking my UPS, and i've also powered it up with the UPS lacking (plugging the UPS to the mains) all within the bid to check for any form of interference from the power supply or the UPS. Please help!

Answer:

I figure out your problem,

this problem does not telate to any software disfunctioning.

The reason is that your monitor re-acquaint yourself with rate frequency switch is not working properly and remains cool after a rest. You inevitability to keep your monitor up and running for a 1 hour time so it can heat up the switch to work properly. Otherwise you can amendment the screen resolution to 800/600 or bigger. its up to you.

what i guess is that in attendance is a problem with the UPS. plz adaptation it and its done
I think your computer might be suffering from a not working operator. :-)
If your computer is asking for the "XP" disc, it's not your monitor explicitly the problem. Something is corrupt in the OS.. Try a re-install of the OS if you be aware of confident to do so.
No, The monitor is only a display of your blind. It doesn't effect you computer during boot or anyother time. I suggest you reinstall Windows XP and do a complete format of your hard drive.
