Can A magnet fix stuck pixels?

I enjoy a few stuck pixel on my lcd monitor, ive used some programs tried rubbing the thing press on it...

wondering if a magnet will do anything? dont want to devastate it though ...

and there is a sizeable spec of dirt astern the screen, how do i return with rid of that?

Answer:

I wouldn't have a magnet anywhere essential my computer. There's probably damage to your monitor within that spot, you might just hold to live with it.
Magnets would fold the rest of the pixels. You need to convey it in for repairs.
NO!!!!! Putting a magnet on you display would probably basis major and irredeemable damage to a substantial area of your eyeshade!!!

DO NOT DO THAT!!!!!
Saw this site a few days ago. Hope it helps.
