Can I bring a dual display card beside the following DVI resolution 1) 1400X1050 2) 1400X1000 3) 1395X930?

The ration from the resolutions to be obtain is 1) 1:1.40 2) 1:1.33 and 1:1.5. The dual display card should have both VGA as powerfully as DVI output.
