Can I use a serial port for a monitor?

Answer:

No, a monitor will not work surrounded by a serial port. You must use a 15 pin D-sub or a DVI connection from a video card or an integrated port on the motherboard. Video and serial port signals make available different types of data. This is why a serial port for video will not work.
No more than you can use a PS/2 port for a kettle.

Rawlyn.
you can do this if you know roughly pc programing and workstation electronic but the quality is awfully poor and size of screen is enormously small and so you can do this.

good luck
