I suggest you send for them and ask them where they are at. That would be easier than discussion someone that works at the cell company they use that can get into the store and see what cell sites are picking up the signal from their phone and find out about where on earth they are at.

If his/ her cellphone have a GPS then you can set off it and then monitor him/her thru your mobile phone that have GPS too... i've discovered it when my manager go to a hookers bar near a cellphone from his wife without knowing that his cellphone's GPS be "On"... so funny his wife called and know exactly where he be... bwahahahaha...
