You see everytime I stretch out my computer the color of the monitor is changing from slight green to dim later very bright and afterwards back to common again. It's always similar to that whether I'm playing or surfing in the internet or purely doing nothing
Answer:
The best track to find out if the monitor is bad is by trying out the monitor on a friend's computer.
If you hold a CRT monitor, the problem sounds like it have more to do with the monitor than the video card. Perhaps the big voltage power supply in your monitor is failing.
If you own a CRT monitor, then try degaussing it. Check your monitor's guide to see which buttons to press on the front of your monitor to degauss it.
It's probably the monitor, and more specifically the cable on it. If it's a standard VGA monitor (connector that is a trapezoid near a bunch of pins) each pin carry a different type of information. If one or more become disconnect the screen will tint blue, green or red due to the malingering of the other colours. Make sure it's connected correctly or try another monitor to confirm.
Its your monitor. I guess you have kept it in close proximity some other electonic item with a strong megnatic area.
Go to your moitors menu (buttons made in monitor) select Degauss. It should solve your problem. By degaussing, you demagnitize your eyeshade
