Buy from ebay, United States, if you are able to comprimise on warranty. A lot of big seller ship to England and the price is half as much near the same brands (Samsung, Dell, LG....). For example, if you can find an international shipper on ebay the Dell E196FP go for around 270 dollars (use xe.com for conversion rate but thats around 150 pounds) shipped to England.
