can i a tv as a monitor via dvd player s-video port?

deeply, the tv only have RCA ports and i would rather not buy an s-video to RCA adapter if i don't own to. so before i travel moving a whole bunch of stuff around, would the s-video port on my dvd player (trutech TT320) adopt the signal from the graphics card on my computer?

Answer:

It will adapt but depending on what type of tv you own you can burn the screen.
um you could do it but a word of caginess, it will look horrible. remember that a standard television have a maximum resolution of 640X480(480I) and you average computer moniter has a resolution of 1024X768(XGA) so i would individual use this if i absolutely have no other choice. oh and to definitively answer your question yes your S video jack will adopt the video however i am not 100% sure that the DVD player will sent the signal to the TV via a composite signal
