Can Anybody bring up to date me how to use the Controls on the Hyundai N91S 19" LCD Monitor ?

I can bring up the Menue on the Button to alteration the percentage on the Brightness, Contrast etc. and change the number, but don't know how to be paid the change! I must be stupid! Can anybody facilitate PLEASE ?
