Can anybody speak about me why my peak is showing upside down?

Answer:

TRY ---- CTRL + ALT + UP (arrow) push button
hit ctrl + alt + uparrow
WOW....thats not a good sign.....wtf...perchance the little bottons on the monitor....thats the best i can suggest....goood luck.
Some graphics cards have the fitness to change the position on the screen, you didn't endow with enough information to inform you why it is upside down, but if you Right click on the desktop, and select properties. Click the settings tab, click the advanced button. In this window you might own to do some searching, to find your graphics card control panel, and you can choose your location. Also in window Control Panel, your graphics card might have a control panel, and you can access peak orientation in that also.
oh you must have pushed ctrl alt and one of the arrow key while you were usin the computer that happen to me once i was freakin anxious cause i thought i broke somethin very well just push CTRL ALT and the up arrow and it should be in motion back
