I own purchased many that be junk from near, and the shipping is rather high-ranking. I enjoy this video card running to monitors through the vga and dvi ports and would like to give a tv from its svid port. I am able to swap it out for one of the monitors but not run adjectives 3. i wanna know if i can use a 21 inch CRT tv as my computer monitor. i'v chkd on the web and found i can do it using s-video options. i use an Inter 845GVSR chipset for a 2.4ghz processor. this motherboard doesnt hav an S-VIDEO OUT port astern. how do i interface my comp with the TV?

I wouldnt reccomend it. A TV or tvLCD are different than PC LCD's and monitors. You can gain converers vga2rca but you wont be able to see words clearly and the resolution would be horrible.
Depends on inputs of your LCD. You can seize a VGA to component adapter, VGA to SVideo, or you may even have a DVI nouns onyour computer and TV. You need to look at the Computer Video Card to see what type of outputs it have, as well as the TV to see what inputs it can adopt. One big problem, heaps LCD TV's have a slow re-acquaint yourself with rare (Greater after 16ms) and that will cause ghosting using it as a monitor for games or even prompt scrolling of webpages or documents.
Most laptops are able to output S-Video or DB15, If your LCD TV have HDMI or DVI input, then you should buy and DB15-DVI cable. I believe they run for roughly 20-50 dollars(California) Once you have the cable at hand is some configurations for the viewing. On Dells it's "Fn" and the F8 button pressed at the same time.

Can how I revision the monitor setting on Windows 98SE when I can't see the blind?
I have Windows 98SE installed on an old Gateway system. I be using a 12 inch old SVGA monitor on it after I installed Windows 98SE and it worked fine. I connected a Viewsonic 21 inch monitor and on boot it detected the exotic hardware and looked fine with that 21 inch monitor. I no longer enjoy that monitor,but when I connected the old 12 inch SVGA monitor the eyeshade display is so messed up I can't even make out what is going on to transformation the settings. I can boot from floppy disk to access drive C, but I don't know what to do to fix this. I really don't want to restore Windows. I'm looking for step by step instructions on how to fix this monitor issue so I can get the 12 inch monitor working again. Thanks!

Can flat eyeshade monitors be repaired for a sound cost?
I hold tossed 2 flat screen monitors that be less than 2 years outmoded. The problem is that they stopped powering up. There is a green light on the adapter that connects to the monitor which stopped lighting up. I be thinking maybe the power cable box go bad and can be replaced near a new cable. If the cable is markedly expensive as some laptop power cables are, it might not be worth replacing as you can purchase a investigational flat screen for something like $100 - $150. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

However, the way my computer is set up the in one piece screen rotates so it is the equivilant of picking up your monitor and setting it on its side.
